Abby was born and raised in the suburbs of Oklahoma. Her dance journey began when she was 10 years old, training at a small local studio in ballet, jazz, and contemporary. Her passion for dance was instantaneous, and eventually led her and her family to move out to LA in order to pursue her dream of dancing professionally. She spent her teens training at LA’s top studios, building her versatility by exploring more commercial styles, though her main focus remained contemporary. She was a part of the inaugural Genesis Studios Professional Program, which helped to further develop her artistic voice and expand her story-telling abilities. She recently moved to New York and trains at the Steps Conservatory, working with industry professionals and applying her previous experiences to the vibrant NYC dance scene. With experience both on stage and onscreen, Abby hopes to continue dancing, performing, and expanding her horizons in every capacity she is able (and on every coast too).
